Terms and Conditions
General information By ordering a nsfw piece, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Visual references and written instructions must be given before work can be done.
I reserve the right to reject any commission proposition.
Please treat myself, my work, and my boundaries with respect.Payment All currency is provided in USD, conversion is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment must be provided prior to starting work via Paypal or Ko-Fi.
50% payment at start and 50% at completion may be provided as an option, please ask in advance.
Payment sent prior to commission acceptance will be considered a donation.
If payment hasn’t been sent prior to the deadline, the commission will be cancelled.Refunds No refunds will be given if found violating my boundaries.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
Cancelation by myself due to conflicts of interest will entitle the commissioner to up to a 50% refund.
100% refunds will be agreed upon mutually and respectfully.
Cases resulting in cancellation with or without refunds include:
Violation of our combined boundaries
Continually providing unclear or incorrect information for the piece
Lack of response for two weeks or longer
Inability to deliver WIPs & completed work
I deem our communication not functional
Failure to comply with my terms and conditionsProcess & Delivery Commissions take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
Revision requests are encouraged during the sketch phase; please be clear and concise with requests.
In the event of delays, you will be notified ASAP.
The completed work will be sent via e-mail or discord on your approval. There is no physical product.
